After two years of hosting fundraising dinners, investors told us that they love meeting other investors at private chef dinners, but that they wanted this sense of community in an environment where they aren’t being pitched.
We launched Galaxy to bring together the most compelling elements of collaborative work spaces, mastermind groups, angel syndicates, and private member clubs. This Annual Membership Agreement (“agreement”) is entered into between Galaxy Dinners LLC (“we,” “Galaxy”)—a community of investors and executive leaders (“community”)—and yourself (“you,” “member”).
1. Membership Term:
1.1. The term of this agreement begins on the date of acceptance by the community and continues for a period of one (1) year from that date (“membership term”).
1.2. Membership will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated by either party in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the end of the current membership term.
1.3. Galaxy staff will notify you of upcoming term renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of your current membership term.
2. Galaxy Houses:
2.1. By joining Galaxy, you will have access to private residences (“houses”) where programming and events will be facilitated. We’ll provide access to high-speed wifi, drinks, food, offices, and in some cases, swimming pools, so that members can co-work, swim, lounge, meet colleagues, and build relationships with other members.
2.2. Overnight stays at Galaxy houses are prohibited. If a member is traveling from out of town, they may coordinate with Galaxy staff for accommodations at Galaxy houses on a case-by-case basis by emailing support@galaxydinners.com with at least seven (7) days notice.
2.3. Galaxy houses have a city-mandated quiet time of 10pm so as not to disturb our neighbors.
2.4. Drug use and smoking are prohibited at all Galaxy houses.
2.5. A code of appropriate conduct will be maintained by Galaxy members. Excessive drunkenness is prohibited at all Galaxy houses; while alcohol may be consumed, we expect members to be mindful of their limits and conduct themselves appropriately.
2.6. Harassment of any kind is prohibited within Galaxy or at any Galaxy house and will not be tolerated. If you or another Galaxy member experiences harassment, please email support@galaxydinners.com.
2.7. If a member loses access to a Galaxy house, they may request access by emailing support@galaxydinners.com.
2.8. Galaxy staff reserves the right to limit house access to members on a case-by-case basis.
3. Scheduled Programming:
3.1. In an effort to cultivate valuable relationships amongst members, we’ll curate relevant connections for you via impromptu meetings and scheduled programming:

| Quarterly Events | Quarterly Events are optional, and exclusive to members-only.
In-town events or out-of-town retreats may incur an additional cost, paid for separately by attending members, and organized & facilitated by Galaxy staff. |

3.2. In addition to scheduled programming, members may reserve custom programming beneficial to you or your company. For example, Galaxy could organize and facilitate a Fireside with 20 guests that match your target customer persona. Galaxy would curate the audience on your behalf, host and facilitate the event with audio/video content recorded, edited, and delivered to you for use as you see fit. 5. Code of Conduct:
5.1. You agree to maintain other members’ confidentiality stemming from any discussion, presentation, or materials shared during programming, dinners, and events.
5.2. You agree not to disclose any confidential information without prior written consent from Galaxy. If you have questions about this, email support@galaxydinners.com.
5.3. You agree not to use drugs, smoke, or become excessively drunk at any Galaxy house or event.
5.4. You agree not to harass any Galaxy member online or at any Galaxy house or event.
5.5. You agree not to damage or steal from any Galaxy house.
6. Termination:
6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with seven (7) days written notice to the other party.
6.2. In the event of termination, there will be no refund of any portion of the membership fee.
7. Governing Law:
7.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
8. Entire Agreement:
8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
